Heres a few medic rules
Card Medic: Requires a designated medic and a box of playing cards. Ive only played this once so i dont really know how it goes, but once you get shot you sit down and yell for a medic, if the medic doesnt reach you in a minute then your either dead or respawn. The medic then approaches the wounded and pulls out a playing card from the deck. The numbers designate how many minute you must wait to get back in, the face cards can be made to have special rules i.e. wait for another person to get out, then go back in as a pair, or something else. The Ace is usually instant respawn. Only problem with this rule is its made for bigger longer games.
Normal Medic Rule: This involves a designated medic. When a player is hit they call medic and sit down. The medic then approaches the wounded and taps them, thus either sending them back to respawn or just healing them there. With this rule you may have to set a certain limit to respawns unless its an objective based game. Also you may set a certain number of times the medic can respawn or a certain number of times he can be hit.
Other: You may also play in that if you are hit in a non vital part of your body you may go to a sidearm until you are hit again, or you may also play that if you are hit in the leg you must limp or something similar, but i dont like that, gets too complicated.

It is my understanding that the Geneva Conventions outlaw hollow-point rounds, but do not quote me on that.
The problem with modern ammunition is that often it is simply too powerful and goes right through an enemy combatant without doing major damage. There were accounts of this as early as Somalia and as recent as Iraq and Afghanistan.

yah, hollow points expand when they hit the target, most other ammunition will go through most of the time.

Can someone post that video? It sounds like it would be really cool to watch.
As for the the main leader, I held out and I really do see now that one leader is key.
For the rules, I think we should start playing medic rules. Headshots are automatic outs where you walk to an "out" area but if you get hit in the body then a medic can heal you.

Well, I guess it's better to be lucky than to have any skills.
